I gained much more independence and self confidence. Before I left, I thought that Washington was where I was going to live for the rest of my life. After living somewhere else, even if for only three weeks, I realized that it's a big world out there, and I can live wherever I want. bmwinn - Western Washington University View Entire Review
Kind of. Nicholas K - Drake University View Entire Review
I learned about different cultures, making friends of different ethnicities and cultural backgrounds (not just american), and learning how others have lived. One girl ran away from war to come to Londong. An amazing story and realize how precious life really is. Also, if first time on your own, learn more responsibility and in... Definitely. I learned so much more about the world and about myself. The experience was totally worth while and I am so glad I didn't let my nerves get in the way! Sarah M - Quinnipiac University View Entire Review
London was definately worthwhile. My main goal was to travel as much as I could. Being in London and going to an international school was very cool because you met people from all over the world. I would love to go back and spend more time in London and touring Europe. CAITLYN N - Daemen College View Entire Review
It really changed my life! I actually am making plans to move there. Milca R - Tiffin University View Entire Review
Yes, I gained more than just acedemic knowledge. I learned how to interact with other cultures, and became more of an adult. After studying abroad all I want to do is go back to Europe and travel again! Adam C - University of North Dakota View Entire Review
YES! Doing this was probably one of the best decisions of my life. I had so much fun, met so many cool people, tried so many new things, and I feel like I really grew as a person too. With out having other friends or family there you really have a lot of stuff you have to do by yourself and you learn to be more independent. Elizabeth L - Wartburg College View Entire Review
Yes, I went to religous places I never thought I would have gone. It brought me closer to my own religous practices. I also volunteered with a group of Latinas now living in London and that was eye opening. Karinna P - The University of Texas at Austin View Entire Review
It gave me confidence to explore other parts of the world. I will definitely go back. I wish I would have known we weren't going to have as much time to explore the city, I would have sacrificed more sleep. Tava B - The University of Texas at Austin View Entire Review
It was worthwhile, I wish I would have had a friend from home come along, but I met some really awesome people. I learned about a new culture and how life is lived in different countries. It was a refining process, like being a freshman in college all over again. I got to meet new people and be whoever I wanted to be and that wa... Emily B - Drake University View Entire Review

I was able to focus in on where I want my life and my career to go after being in London. I also gained a broader knowledge of different cultures and lifestyles. I gained tollerance, peace of mind, independence, and most importantly a sense of self. Chelsie M - High Point University View Entire Review
Absolutely! I was amazing to experience a new country with different customs than your own. I would do it again in a heartbeat! Audra B - Elizabethtown College View Entire Review
Yes, no matter how poor I was (and believe me, I was, I came home with $8 to my name), I always found a way to have a good time and get worthwhile experiences. If you are willing to live a less luxurious lifestyle than you are used to, you can make things work. Katherine O - Seton Hall University View Entire Review
It was definitely a worthwhile experience. I now plan on finishing up my community college year, transferring to a state college next year, and going back to study for a full year once I've transferred. I'd love to live there for at least a few years. As much as I hate the cold weather, it was actually pretty bearable. All that ... V T - Citrus College View Entire Review
My life has been changed so drastically. I was stuck pre-London. I didn't know what direction I wanted to go, where I wanted to be after graduating with a BA. After being in London and traveling the UK, Europe and, Morocco I realized that there are so many things I want to do and London released the inner me, I felt at peace ...
