I learned a great deal about Scottish history, and the relationship of the culture to the land. I learned how to live independently in a foreign city, and to meet people with very different backgrounds from myself. A student - Middlebury College View Entire Review
I learned to problem solve. A lot of times I was put in situations I had never been through before and I had to find a way to solve the problem. I also learned about different cultures and countries. Definitely worthwhile!! A student - University of Puget Sound View Entire Review
I gained a new sense of independence. I never knew I could feel at home somewhere thousands of miles away from my actual home but it happened because I had an open heart and mind to what a new place with new and great people would teach me. Kate C - LaSalle University View Entire Review
It was so worthwhile! I never wanted to leave. I loved Edinburgh, the people were amazing, courses were good, and the whole abroad experience was so fun! Katherine Hughes - Middlebury College View Entire Review
I learned a lot about myself and Scotland and also the rest of Europe (I travelled most weekends) and it was the best four months of my life. I wish I was staying the rest of the year. Ivy Zhang - Washington University in Saint Louis View Entire Review
I learned that there is a lot of history in Scotland, and the land is more beautiful that the pictures could ever show. The people are mostly friendly, and there is a different way of life that was certainly worth learning about. Andrew C - Texas A&M University - College Station View Entire Review
