I learned a great deal about Cuban history and contemporary culture. This experience helped my put my opinions on American foreign policy in perspective. It was definitely worthwhile. - Middlebury College View Entire Review

Definitely a worthwhile program. My Spanish became fluent enough that people stopped immediately assuming I was from the U.S. My social skills improved a lot. I learned more about Cuba than most people ever consider. - Middlebury College View Entire Review
I gained an understanding of a different world and met people in what I found to the nicest community I've ever been a part of. It was very light on academic rigor, which I enjoyed because I found the goal of my time there just to live and experience living in a completely different place. - Middlebury College View Entire Review
I understood more about US foreign relations and history, which was really worthwhile. - Middlebury College View Entire Review
