About

Open to students with all skill levels! No special equipment required! This class will cover the basic skills useful for outdoors photography and film, and then how to use these skills to tell stories important for conservation. Using the backdrop of Nepal, students will be taught basic outdoor filmmaking techniques ranging from scouting locations to learning how to capture beautiful time-lapse sequences. Practice gained from this course will be useful to all with interest and a desire to learn how to impact conservation using visual media. Additionally it will provide an incredible opportunity to develop a portfolio for those working in film or communication.
