About

This course is part of the Center for Conflict Studies South Asia Peacebuilding Program. This course will give the participants an experience of the cultural, social and political history and environment in Gujarat. The course will start in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar cities and will travel to the Kutch district. It will include visits of various cultural and religious heritage sites. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss the on-going conflict between Hindus and Muslims in Gujarat with various religious and community leaders, activists, academics and engage with state and non-state institutions.
