No. I wasted $8,000 on a program that taught me next to nothing. I could have spent the money touring and country and enjoying the experience a lot more. - George Mason University View Entire Review
Absolutely. I have been back to Ireland two times since this trip. I went back to visit friends I made along the way. I also wanted to understand Northern Ireland, so I made a trip out to Belfast. You're only there for a short while, so soak up everything you can. Go experience the people, music, the history. I encourage you... - Emerson College View Entire Review
Before this study abroad, I did a semester internship abroad in London and it was one of the greatest and most challenging times in my life. About

This program will take students on a trek across Ireland's living history, encapsulated in the country’s cathedrals, Celtic high crosses, ancient tombs, rocky coastlines, boggy lowlands, and magnificent castles. The program begins in Dublin, the vibrant and modern citye. Famous for a literary past that includes the likes of James Joyce and William Butler Yeats, Dublin is equally well known for its role in the 1916 Easter Uprising and subsequent war for Irish independence. Next on the itinerary is Birr, a designated Irish Heritage Town with carefully preserved graceful streets and elegant Georgian buildings. While in Birr, students take day trips to Kilkenny and the Rock of Cashel. Students will also get their fill of castles: we'll visit Birr Castle, Kilkenny Castle, and Cahir Castle. The program concludes in Galway, the unofficial capital of Ireland's Irish-speaking west. Students will embark on trips to nearby Clonmacnois, the Cliffs of Moher & Burren, and Connemara. The region offers some of the most dramatic views in all of Ireland, from the splendor of the mountainous Twelve Pins to the deep valleys of Leenane, site of Ireland's only fjord!
