I'd give it ten stars if i could! It sounds so dumb to say it changed my life but it really did. It broadened my mind and influenced me to be an interpreter rather than a teacher. Kayla S - Tennessee Technological University View Entire Review

About
Cordoba is the colonial capital city of Argentina, on the edge of the Sierra Chica mountain range, with approximately one million inhabitants. It has the oldest and one of the most prestigious universities of the country and the center of the city is rich in Spanish colonial architecture from the 16th century. Prior to the rise of Buenos Aires, Cordoba was Argentina's center of arts and learning, a place of scholars and priests, churches and universities. Though in terms of national importance the city has fallen behind the capital, it still retains an independent spirit and distinctive grace. Located in the geographical centre of Argentina, the abundant natural areas surrounding Cordoba offer fantastic opportunities for adventure tourism including parachuting and ballooning, windsurfing, yachting, swimming, mountain climbing and trekking, cycling, horse riding, and fishing. PROGRAMS Standard Group -20 group lessons/week -55 minute classes -3-7 students per class Intensive Group -30 group lessons/week -55 minute classes -3-7 students per class Group + Tutorial -20 group lessons/week -3-7 students per class -5 private tutor lessons/week -55 minute classes Private Classes -20 hours of private classes/week -55 minute classes We recommend that students take advantage of the homestay option to practice Spanish and be exposed to local culture. Middle class families are carefully selected and provide each student with a private room. Do not assume that you are too old for a homestay as many of our students are older than their host "parents". For many of our students, their homestay is one of the most rewarding experience. One of the most popular housing option is the shared apartment, where you will live with other students. No meal plan is available with the shared apartments, however you have kitchen access to prepare your own meals. The rooms are furnished with bedding provided. The bathroom and kitchen are communal. Students should bring their own towels. Furthermore, cooperation with other students is necessary as the common areas are maintained only once per week. Most of the apartments are 10-20 minutes away by public transportation. Keys will be given to the student upon arrival on the Sunday afternoon before classes begin.
