A better understanding of foreign cultures is important to personal growth. I have learned so much about the Chinese culture and I feel that I am a better person because of it. I hope to study abroad more in the future and learn even more from it. Jordan Armstrong - University of Pittsburgh - Pittsburgh View Entire Review

I learned many things throughout the trip, including the political and economic systems present in China, the social paradigms in China's corporate environment, the ease/difficulty of establishing a business in China, and how U.S. trade with China affects our everyday lives as Americans. This visit was extremely worthwhile. Frankie Fattori - University of Pittsburgh - Pittsburgh View Entire Review
I learned a lot about the Chinese culture on this trip. I knew next to nothing beforehand and I was glad I got to learn about it in a firsthand experience. China is also at the forefront of business and engineering so actually being able to visit many large Chinese companies allowed me to learn a lot about this growing country. I gained a better ability to sympathize and understand people of different cultures. I think it's very easy to dismiss another person's action as weird or unusual, but when you look into why they act that way, it becomes much less strange. I've also gained a larger sense of adventure, and I know I'd like to travel abroad again! Clement E - University of Pittsburgh - Pittsburgh View Entire Review
I had a wonderful time exploring China and experiencing Chinese culture. I enjoyed my trip to China so much I took the time to make an account on this site and write this review. A student - University of Pittsburgh - Pittsburgh View Entire Review
I learned how developed and impressive the Chinese culture is. They perform most everything to capacity, and then some. The scale of everything over there is beyond my imagination. I also learned the power of language, especially one spoken almost exclusively in a country of over 1 billion people. Mike K - University of Pittsburgh - Pittsburgh View Entire Review
